survivor

i was going to wash my hands after going to the toilet yesterday, but before i turned on the tap, i saw this wierd looking bug. my first reaction, get the cam! I quickly washed my hands in the other sink, and after drying them, i half expected the bug would fly away. But when i got back to the sink in the toilet, i saw the bug struggling on the wet sink, its wings were soaked with water.. poor thing.. kinda gross seeing it flipping around. Fearing someone using the sink will carelessly on the tap and flush it down, I tried to save it by letting it climb onto a dry piece of tissue.. but everytime it crawled onto the tissue, it will flip around and fall back into the wet sink. this repeated several times until i had an idea to wait for it to climb onto the tissue and then quickly bring it to a totally dry surface. with it flipping around on the tissue and me heading for the kitchen (which is three steps from the toilet), it fell twice to the ground, which was wet.. but finally i managed to bring it to safety. Then, it stood really still for a long time. was it saying thank you to me by letting me shoot it? haha...
